Ismail Kazem, M.D., from the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, presented "The Evolution of Radiotherapeutic Techniques" to new residents at the University of South Florida Moffitt Cancer Center. According to Dr. Kazem, the new generation of radiation oncologists is exposed to new sophisted technology, but often they are unaware of how these state of the art methods and machines developed and evolved.
