All confirmed ASTRO exhibitors must log into the Exhibitor Resource Center to request their housing block. Housing is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so for best availability please do not delay in requesting your company’s room block.

How to Begin your Online Housing Process

• Log on to the ASTRO Exhibitor Resource Center by entering your username and password. If you do not have your company's username and password, please contact Barbara Fett at 972-751-3100 or by e-mail.
• Click on Exhibitor Housing on the right side navigation.
• Begin creating your room block(s).

Housing Block

Once you are on the Exhibitor Housing Web site, you will find a list of hotels, room rates and other important hotel information. You will be able to select your rooms from live inventory, allowing you greater flexibility and freedom of hotel choice. Reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Housing Confirmation

After your room block has been created, you will receive an e-mail confirming how many rooms you blocked and at which hotel they were blocked. This confirmation will serve as your contract for your block of rooms and needs to be signed and returned to the ASTRO Housing Center within five business days of receipt.

We strongly encourage you not to exceed the exact number of rooms that you need, as we will be monitoring your room block usage and comparing your room block(s) to previous years' housing requests.

  • Last Day to Amend Your Room Block
  • Rooming List Due
• October 15: Last Day to Make Changes to Your Reservation(s) via the ASTRO Housing Center
• October 18: You May Begin Making Changes to Your Reservation(s) Directly with Your Hotel(s)
