Registration Deadlines
The last day to register at the early-bird registration rate is November 13, 2009. Registrations received after November 13, 2009, will be at the advance rate until January 22, 2010. Registrations received after January 22, 2010, will be at the on site rate.

***Virtual Meeting
Experience the 2010 Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancer Symposium long after the meeting is over with the Virtual Meeting. You will receive streaming content that has been digitally recorded live and published as audio synchronized to the PowerPoint presentations. The Virtual Meeting will be accessible 24/7 online via the ASTRO Live Learning Center. If you register with the Virtual Meeting, approximately eight weeks after the meeting concludes you will receive an e-mail message providing you with a link that will allow you to access the Virtual Meeting. If you decide to purchase the Virtual Meeting at a later date, the Virtual Meeting fee will be based on current rates.

Registration Confirmation
Individuals who register online will receive an instant e-mail confirmation. If you fax or mail in your registration, your confirmation will be sent via e-mail within three to five business days.
Registration Cancellation Policy
- Refunds will be given only if written notification is received on or before January 22, 2010.
- All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee.
- Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
- No refunds will be given for requests received after January 22, 2010.
- Registration fees are not transferable.
- Cancellation of a registration with the Virtual Meeting package on or before January 22, 2010, includes cancellation of the Virtual Meeting package.
- Registration refunds will be processed thirty days after the conclusion of the meeting.
