Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis and may not be at the negotiated rate. Please note that the ASTRO room block sells out quickly, so we encourage you to make your hotel reservations early.

Driving Directions
From Dallas/Fort Worth Airport:
Take the north or south exit from the airport and follow the signs to Dallas.
The north exit is Hwy. 114 to I-35E south.
The south exit is 183 to I-35E south. Exit to 75/Sherman.
The first exit is Field/Griffin exit, merge onto Griffin.
Continue straight to the first light, which is Ross and turn left.
Go two blocks to Akard and turn left.
The hotel is on the left.
Train
