If you would like to register to attend the ASTRO Spring Refresher, you may do so on site at the Westin Michigan Avenue. Registration will be located on the second floor of the hotel in the built in registration counter near the Wellington Ballroom.

On site registration will be open during the following hours:

  • Thursday, April 22 - 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday, April 23 - 6:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, April 24 - 6:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, April 25 - 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Virtual Meeting Information

The 2010 Spring Refresher Virtual Meeting provides you with the unique opportunity to learn from the expert presenters, as well as preserve the program and all its vital information and compelling presentations. The recorded sessions provide an excellent informational recap and are a great training tool and informational source for those who could not attend. You will receive streaming content that has been digitally recorded live and published as audio synchronized to PowerPoint presentations. Take advantage of preregistration rates. Purchase the Virtual Meeting when you register. When you purchase the Virtual Meeting, approximately eight weeks after the meeting you will receive an e-mail message providing you with a link that will allow you to access the sessions.

Added Bonus:
The Virtual Meeting will give you access to the 2009 and the 2010 Spring Refresher Course presentations.

Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds will be given only if written notification is received before April 9, 2010.
  • All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee.
  • Telephone cancellations will NOT be accepted.
  • No refunds will be given for requests received after April 9, 2010.
  • Registration refunds will be processed 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting.
  • Registration fees are nontransferable.

Visa Information

Citizens of foreign countries, in most cases, will need a visa to enter the United States. It may take up to three months to obtain a visa. For additional information, please visit http://travel.state.gov/visa. You must be registered and paid in full before you will be sent a visa letter.
