Participate in an informal breakfast seminar during the symposium. Faculty and committee members will share their experiences and discuss career development topics. (Limited to fellow residents and junior faculty only.)
Registration Cancellation Policy
• Refunds will be given only if written notification is received on or before November 10, 2010.
• All Refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee.
• Telephone cancellations will NOT be accepted.
• Cancellation of registration with Virtual Meeting package on or before November 10, 2010, includes cancellation of the Virtual Meeting.
• NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after November 10, 2010.
• Registration fees are not transferable to another individual or meeting.
• Approved registration refunds will be processed 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting.
